I've never been flexible enough in stretching to be able to touch my toes without bending my knees significantly, but in today's ring fit adventure cooldown stretches, that came up as one of the stretches and I was like "haha ok yeah this one again" but I was surprisingly able to do it pretty easily!! this is a very big deal to me and I am amazed

and then I tried doing some of the yoga poses that I had difficulty with like a week or two ago, and they weren't that hard
