個人的には超高圧的な態度で怒鳴り込んでくる外国人客が1番ツラかった、中学生レベルなら英会話できるけどPC周りは専門用語大杉て詰んだよね。そもそも日本語で書かれてる修理時の約款が読めないなら帰ってくれって感じだ。
